20+ Years Zinc Alloy Die Casting – Two factories in China & Vietnam

Overview
We’ve been doing zinc alloy die casting for over 20 years. Our two factories are located in Xiamen (China) and Hanoi (Vietnam), with a total floor space of 20,000 square meters. This setup gives us good flexibility for large orders and shorter lead times.
In-house production lines
We don’t outsource key steps. Everything is done under our roof:
-
Die casting & gravity casting
-
CNC machining
-
PVD (physical vapor deposition)
-
Painting, electroplating, polishing
What we make
We produce custom zinc alloy parts based on drawings or samples. Our main products include:
-
Locks (padlocks, door locks, combination locks, etc.)
-
Lock components (cylinders, cases, handles, key blanks)
-
Safe lock parts
-
Precision zinc parts for bathroom, hardware, electronics industries
PVD surface – key advantages
-
Many color options: gold, rose gold, gunmetal, black, antique brass, chrome, brushed nickel – you name it.
-
Corrosion resistance: neutral salt spray test 72 hours+ (no red rust). That’s well above normal plating standards.
-
Hard and wear-resistant: the PVD layer is tough, good adhesion, not easy to scratch or peel.
-
Eco-friendly: RoHS, REACH compliant.
Quality standards
We supply to TOTO, Kohler, MASTER Lock. Our quality meets Japanese, German, European, and US standards – from dimensional tolerances to surface finish.
More strengths
-
72h salt spray is standard for most of our PVD finishes – great for humid or coastal applications.
-
Two-country production: flexible capacity, lower risk, better options for tariff and logistics.
-
All in-house: no delays from subcontractors, and we can respond faster to urgent orders.
-
Experienced with top brands – we understand strict audits and documentation requirements.
Common Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What’s your MOQ?
A: For trial orders, we can start from 1,000–3,000 pieces per design. Sample orders and development phases are negotiable.
Q2: How long for mold development? And mold cost?
A: Simple zinc alloy molds take about 25–35 days. More complex ones take longer. Mold cost depends on cavity number, structure, and expected lifespan. For production orders we can discuss amortization or refund.
Q3: Is PVD color consistent between batches?
A: Yes. We monitor parameters on our PVD line and check color difference (ΔE <1.5) per batch. We can match standard color chips or Pantone numbers.
Q4: Do all PVD colors pass 72h salt spray?
A: Most of our common colors (gunmetal, chrome, black, etc.) pass 72h NSS. Some special finishes like antique brass with a worn effect may differ – we’ll confirm test requirements with you upfront. We can also go up to 96h if needed.
Q5: Can you provide samples? Sample cost and lead time?
A: Yes. For existing products, samples take about 7–10 days – sample fee waived, shipping collect. For custom parts, first samples after mold completion take about 30–40 days. Sample cost is charged, but we can negotiate a refund after production orders.
Q6: What certifications do you have?
A: We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and comply with RoHS, REACH. We go through annual audits from TOTO, Kohler, etc. We can also provide PPAP, IMDS, or material certificates on request.
Q7: What’s the advantage of shipping from Vietnam to Europe/US?
A: Vietnam has favorable tariff agreements like EVFTA (EU) and CPTPP. Transit time: Vietnam to US West Coast about 18–22 days, to Europe about 25–30 days. You can choose which factory to ship from based on cost and speed.
Q8: How complex can your parts be? Tolerances?
A: We can produce zinc parts with threads, undercuts, thin walls. Typical dimensional tolerance is ±0.03mm, and for critical areas we can go to ±0.01mm with CNC finishing.
